1. Subscription agreement
These terms apply to ClearPath Personal, ClearPath Business and ClearPath Business Plus subscriptions. They form part of the ClearPath Terms and Conditions. By subscribing, the account owner confirms the selected plan, billing frequency, price and automatic renewal shown at checkout.
2. Plans, prices and GST
Personal costs A$19 monthly or A$190 yearly. Business costs A$79 monthly or A$790 yearly. Business Plus costs A$149 monthly or A$1,490 yearly. Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.
All plans receive credits monthly: Personal receives 1, Business receives 10, and Business Plus receives 30 assessment credits each month. Annual plans are paid yearly, but their credits are released monthly rather than all at once. Unused credits roll over while the subscription remains active but are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically using the stored payment method until cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually. ClearPath will provide an annual renewal reminder at least 14 days before renewal.
4. Cancellation
The account owner may cancel at any time through the secure billing portal available on the Subscriptions page. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Deleting an account or stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel billing. If online cancellation is unavailable, contact ClearPath and we will assist.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. No term excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Plan changes and prices
Upgrades may take effect immediately with any Stripe-calculated adjustment disclosed before confirmation. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal. ClearPath will provide at least 30 days’ notice before increasing a recurring price. A customer may cancel before the new price applies.
7. Business accounts
The account owner controls authorised users and is responsible for their use. Business subscriptions are for the subscribing organisation’s own customers, vehicles and fleet operations. Login credentials must not be resold or shared outside authorised users.
Business has limits of five users and 25 saved setups. Business Plus has limits of 15 users and 100 saved setups. ClearPath may apply reasonable technical controls to enforce these limits.
8. Failed payments and access
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and notify the account owner. ClearPath may temporarily suspend paid features while an amount remains overdue. Suspension does not remove accrued rights relating to the payment or service.
9. Service scope
Subscription tools and reports provide independent educational and advisory information. They do not provide engineering certification, regulatory approval, legal advice, mechanical inspection or a guarantee of compliance or safety. Customers remain responsible for verifying manufacturer figures and seeking qualified advice where required.
10. Fair terms and legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits Australian Consumer Law rights. If a provision is unfair, invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed without affecting the remaining terms. ClearPath will not impose an undisclosed exit fee or rely on a one-sided price change without a reasonable right to cancel.
11. Contact and governing law
Questions, cancellation assistance or complaints can be submitted through the ClearPath contact form. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and applicable Commonwealth law.
