Paid reports provide weight, loading and modification-planning observations. They do not include a state-specific modification approval assessment or determine legal compliance. The separate free preparation guides and Navigator cover ACT and NSW only. Confirm requirements with the registration authority or an appropriately authorised certifier.

Have the exact vehicle variant and, where relevant, trailer variant, applicable manufacturer or engineering limits, and your actual loaded masses ready. Ratings are maximum limits; they are not measured axle weights.

• For the $49 vehicle-only Risk Scan, supply actual fully loaded vehicle front and rear axle readings and the applicable GVM and axle ratings. A measured total alone cannot establish individual axle loads.
• For a combination report, choose fully loaded unhitched readings or fully loaded coupled readings. An estimate of the coupling change requires a conventional coupling, no weight-distribution hitch, measured loaded towball mass, wheelbase and rear axle-to-coupling distance.
• For a direct combination total, supply coupled vehicle axle readings and the measured coupled trailer axle-group total from the same loaded setup and hitch setting. These direct readings can be used with a weight-distribution hitch or gooseneck without inferring its forces. The report does not model hitch adjustment or gooseneck geometry.
• Use exact applicable vehicle and trailer ratings. Occupants, fitted accessories, fuel, water and cargo already in fully loaded readings are not added again. Describe proposed changes separately; the paid intake does not calculate an incremental accessory-position build-up from an unladen baseline.
• No readings yet? Choose planning only. Missing figures stay unknown, and the intake requires acknowledgement before continuing with incomplete measurement comparisons. Payment cannot establish missing measurements.
